About

We just really like good candles

Lumond Reviews exists for one reason: before we spent money on a Lumond candle, we wanted to know if the ceramic-pot-that-becomes-a-plant thing was real or just clever marketing. We couldn't find a straight answer, so we built one.

We collect ratings and notes from people who actually bought and burned the candles, photograph them in real rooms, and lay it all out without a sales pitch. If a scent is too strong or shipping was slow, we say so. The goal is the review we wish we'd had.

What Lumond actually makes

A German brand of 100% soy-wax scented candles poured into reusable ceramic vessels. Each comes with seed paper, so once the candle is spent the pot becomes a planter. Vegan, cruelty-free, produced in Germany. Scents range from Amber and Sandalwood to Cherry Blossom and Sea Salt & Sage.

FAQ

Are you affiliated with Lumond?
No. We're an independent, reader-run review site. We aren't paid by Lumond, we don't take ad money from them, and we don't sell their products. Trademarks belong to their owner.
Where do the reviews come from?
They're submitted by customers and supplemented with publicly shared feedback. We keep the critical reviews alongside the glowing ones so the picture is honest.
Are the product photos real?
The photos are UGC-style illustrative renders created to show how the candles look in real homes. They're representative, not official brand photography.
How do you make money?
Right now we don't. This started as a passion project among people who like a good soy candle and a tidy windowsill.
